Our partnerships allow us to draw upon the unparalleled expertise of official institutions and maintain the highest quality across production, export processes, and sustainability.
The local sugarcane fields produce impressive yields due to many factors, including weather conditions and time-tested harvesting methods. We undertake it as our mission to support and improve Brazil’s position as a top producer of bulk sugar for sale and keep positive production trends up for years to come.
The capacities of our partner sugar producers in Brazil allow for harvesting approximately 80,000 hectares of sugarcane fields and supplying millions of metric tons for food manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and grocery stores. The fully controlled process of plant cultivation, milling, and refining enables you to order any amount for internal needs and have it delivered worldwide.

04
Depending on your sugar purity and other needs, we can supply the best grade for your applications. Our partner sugar wholesale distributors are best known for their ICUMSA 45 variety, but you can also stock up on:
ICUMSA 35
ICUMSA 100-150
ICUMSA 600-1200
Regardless of the selected grade, you will get a certificate to prove the product’s purity level.

05
We are well-versed in many traditional and advanced crystallization, drying, and refining techniques to supply multiple sugar varieties. Whether your needs revolve around regular crystal sugar or a VHP type for specific cooking or production purposes, we can get that organic sweetness to you.
Larger quantities are not supposed to be tricky to get. By handling every logistic point and shipping in 20ft and 40ft containers, we eradicate any complexity you may encounter when you need to buy sugar in bulk.
06
ICUMSA stands for the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis, the body that brings together the national committees for sugar analysis of more than thirty member countries. An ICUMSA rating is an international unit for expressing the purity of sugar in solution, and it is directly related to the colour of the sugar. The rule a buyer needs is short: the lower the ICUMSA figure, the whiter and more refined the sugar.
That one number is what a contract turns on, because it sets both the appearance of the product and the processing still to be done. A low figure means the final refining stages have already been carried out at origin. A high figure means part of the natural molasses layer is still on the crystal — a darker sugar, a lower cost per tonne, and the last refining step left to the buyer.
In trade the scale divides into three working bands: ICUMSA 35 to 45 is refined white sugar, with ICUMSA 45 also traded as "London White"; ICUMSA 100 to 150 is crystal sugar, partially refined and nearly white; and ICUMSA 600 to 1500 is raw sugar, including VHP, bought as refinery feedstock and as an input for fermentation and distillation.
07
Every grade below is sold against a written specification and ships with a certificate of purity. An ICUMSA certificate and a certificate of analysis are issued on request.
ICUMSA 35 — ultra-refined. Higher purity, drier grains and a clearer white than crystal white sugar. Supplied for specialty applications and for direct consumption.
ICUMSA 45 — 99.8% sucrose, moisture approximately 0.04%. Fully refined white sugar; also traded as London White.
ICUMSA 100 — 99.50% polarisation minimum, ash to 0.15%, moisture to 0.10%. Nearly white, free-flowing, with high solubility. Refined enough for human consumption at a lower cost than the fully refined grades.
Crystal white sugar — more than 99.7% sucrose. No molasses, sediment or external impurities. Origin verified by carbon-13 testing.
Raw brown cane sugar, ICUMSA 600-1200 — grade E, 600-1200 RBU. Raw and unrefined, retaining part of its natural molasses layer, brown to golden brown. Bought as refinery feedstock, for fermentation and distillation including ethanol, and as an industrial ingredient where colour is not a constraint.
Beverage grade — refined cane sugar supplied against the tighter parameter set that drinks production works to, in container loads.
Tell us the grade and we will send the current specification sheet.

We are an export house in Brazil. We do not own a mill; we sit between Brazilian mills and overseas buyers, and the value we add is in sourcing to a specification, handling the export paperwork and shipping the volume you actually need. Three things are worth knowing before you send an enquiry.
Where the sugar comes from. We source from mills in São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Goiás, the leading states for cane production at national level. The grade, not the mill, is what we contract against.
How it ships. In 20ft and 40ft containers. Packaging is arranged for wholesale distribution, retail sale or further processing, depending on your storage and handling capacity. Minimum order quantity, Incoterms, port of loading, lead time and payment terms are all confirmed on quotation.
What you get on paper. A certificate of purity with every grade. An ICUMSA certificate and a certificate of analysis on request. Export documentation prepared against the importing country's requirements.
We supply importers, distributors and manufacturers: bakery and food manufacturing, beverage bottling, grocery and retail distribution, hotels, restaurants and catering, pharmaceutical and chemical applications, and industrial buyers taking raw grades as refinery feedstock or as an input for fermentation and distillation.
Tell us the grade, the volume and the destination, and we will come back with a quotation.
Do you specialize in the production of bioethanol, alcoholic beverages, or animal feed? This Brazilian sugar grade is your best bet, jam-packed with molasses. It should be further refined for demanding applications.
Contact usIt’s another brown variety that can support your caramelization, syrup, and spirit production processes. It is known for larger crystalline elements and is teeming with molasses, though in a lower concentration than its previous cousin.
Contact usGo for a pleasant caramel taste and partially refined goodness. This grade is suitable for human consumption and can be processed during baking and other methods. It’s the best of both worlds.
Contact usHere’s when things get noticeably whiter. Brazilian sugar export companies that offer this grade are happy to serve the producers of soft drinks, confectionery, and other food products.
Contact usStock up on the white variety that is most commonly used for foods and drinks at the higher end of the quality spectrum. It’s highly refined, brimming with sucrose, and will never cause solubility problems.
Contact usAre you looking for ultra-refined grades for niche applications? Very few wholesale sugar distributors offer ICUMSA 35, but we can connect you with those that will cover your specialty industry needs.
Contact usIf you are pressed for time to distinguish grades and just want refined granulated sugar ready to hit the shelf and consumer homes, opt for this product. No additional refining is necessary.
Contact usThe authentic formula of the beverage giant may still be a mystery. The good news is that many sugar manufacturers in Brazil can help you experiment with your formula based on the sucrose grade Coca-Cola uses for its drinks.
